Both faulty and non-faulty eligible merchandise may be returned, with exchanges also accepted.
Eligibility and timing
A return request must arrive within 30 days of delivery; non-defective goods qualify only when new, unused, unchanged, and complete with packaging, tags, and included accessories. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, preference, or an incorrect selection.
How returns and exchanges work
Use mail for an approved return; the package includes a free return label, we charge no restocking fee, and unauthorized parcels must not be sent.
Include the order reference, email used at checkout, and an explanation. Damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing pieces, or a substantial description mismatch additionally require photos or video of the item and packaging. Any exchange remains subject to stock on hand.
Refunds
An approved refund is issued back to the original form of payment within 10 days.
